Ask questions!– Ask the estate agents to see how many houses they have sold in your postcode this year and out of those how many have actually completed. The higher sold to completed percentage this shows the estate agent will look after you and the process.
How they will market your home? – do they use professional photography? Rightmove Premium Displays? Will they conduct an open house event?
Ensure you have a floorplan on your online advert – majority of buyers won’t click onto your property for more details if it doesn’t have a floorplan!
